Charlee Rose Coffee Expanding with New Standalone Location at Chandler Heights & Power

Coffee lovers in the southeast Valley have something new to look forward to. Charlee Rose Coffee is expanding with a brand-new standalone location planned for the northwest corner of Chandler Heights and Power Road.

The new shop will be located alongside Sal's Italian Bistro and Gilbert Butchery, creating a destination that combines locally owned dining and specialty coffee in one convenient location.

Charlee Rose Coffee has built a loyal following by focusing on handcrafted beverages, quality ingredients, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. As the brand continues to grow, this new location represents another exciting milestone and will allow even more residents to enjoy one of the Valley's favorite local coffee shops.

Construction is expected to take approximately six months, meaning customers can look forward to another neighborhood coffee destination in the near future.

The Chandler Heights and Power corridor has experienced significant growth over the past several years, with new residential communities and commercial development continuing to transform the area.
