Goodwill Planned Next to Boot Barn at Gilbert Road and Germann

A new Goodwill location is being planned for the southeast corner of Gilbert Road and Germann Road in Gilbert.

The store is expected to be built next to Boot Barn, adding another retailer to the growing commercial area surrounding the intersection.

The property has had different development plans in the past. Floor & Decor was previously expected to build a store at this location, but those plans ultimately changed. Instead, Floor & Decor opened its Gilbert-area location near Cooper Road and Germann Road.

Now, Goodwill is the latest retailer proposed for the Gilbert and Germann site.

The intersection continues to see new development as the surrounding area grows, with additional retail, restaurants and services filling in along both Gilbert Road and Germann Road.

Construction and opening timelines for the proposed Goodwill have not yet been announced.
