Cottage Lane Brings Rare New Homes to North Gilbert

• Plan 3: 1,938 square feet with three bedrooms, a loft, tech space and 2.5 bathrooms

The different layouts give buyers the option of choosing additional bedrooms or flexible spaces that can be used as a home office, playroom or secondary living area.

A Low-Maintenance Community

Cottage Lane includes desert landscaping, a shared green space and maintained front-yard areas. The HOA is currently listed at $98 per month and covers the water used by each home’s front-yard drip irrigation system.

That arrangement was designed with homeowners’ water bills in mind, helping keep the landscaping water usage from becoming an additional expense on the homeowner’s monthly water bill.

Cottage Lane is located at Stephens Court, near Greenfield and Elliot roads. Its location places residents close to established Gilbert shopping, restaurants, schools, parks and everyday services.

Unlike many new-home communities being constructed farther south or east, Cottage Lane offers new construction within an already-developed section of Gilbert.
