Taco Bell Planned Between Starbucks and Chick-fil-A at Warner & Ellsworth in East Mesa

by KEVIN MCKIERNAN

East Mesa may soon be getting another popular fast-food option.

Plans have been submitted for a new Taco Bell at the southwest corner of Warner Road and Ellsworth Road, placing the restaurant between an existing Starbucks and Chick-fil-A. If approved, the project would add another nationally recognized brand to one of the busiest retail corridors in the Southeast Valley.

The intersection has become a major destination for residents in East Mesa, Queen Creek, and Gilbert thanks to its growing mix of restaurants, retail, and daily conveniences. Adding Taco Bell would further strengthen the area's lineup of quick-service dining options and create what some might jokingly call the ultimate drive-thru trifecta.

For many commuters, parents, and students traveling through the area each day, the location offers a convenient stop whether it's a morning coffee run, lunch break, or late-night taco craving.

Taco Bell continues to expand throughout Arizona as demand remains strong for affordable and convenient dining options. The proposed location would help serve the rapidly growing population in the surrounding East Mesa and Queen Creek communities.

As with all proposed developments, the project will need to complete the necessary approval and permitting processes before construction can begin.

Would you be excited to see Taco Bell join Starbucks and Chick-fil-A at Warner and Ellsworth, or would you have preferred a different restaurant concept for the site?
