Perry's Steakhouse is the first announced tenant coming to Northside at SanTan Village

@perrys_steakhouse is the first announced tenant coming to Northside at SanTan Village, a new mixed-use development just south of TopGolf in Gilbert. Known for its award-winning menu and upscale dining experience, Perry’s will open its first Arizona location in Spring 2026. The Texas-based restaurant features hand-selected USDA Prime steaks, including its signature Chateaubriand carved tableside and topped with a truffle Merlot demi-glace. Perry’s is also famous for its seven-finger-high pork chop, smoked over pecan wood and served with herb-garlic butter. The menu goes beyond steak, offering standout seafood like chargrilled salmon and elevated poultry dishes such as Chicken Oscar with jumbo lump crab and Béarnaise sauce. Vegan options like spaghetti squash primavera and a skillet vegan steak with mushroom gravy are also available. Signature sides such as creamed spinach, three-cheese mac, and au gratin potatoes round out the experience. Guests can enjoy craft cocktails and house-made desserts at the stylish Bar 79®, making Perry’s a premier addition to Gilbert’s dining scene.
