Perry's Steakhouse is the first announced tenant coming to Northside at SanTan Village

@perrys_steakhouse is the first announced tenant coming to Northside at SanTan Village, a new mixed-use development just south of TopGolf in Gilbert. Known for its award-winning menu and upscale dining experience, Perry’s will open its first Arizona location in Spring 2026. The Texas-based restaurant features hand-selected USDA Prime steaks, including its signature Chateaubriand carved tableside and topped with a truffle Merlot demi-glace. Perry’s is also famous for its seven-finger-high pork chop, smoked over pecan wood and served with herb-garlic butter.
