Local Veterinary Hospital Sells for $11M

by KEVIN MCKIERNAN

A well-known veterinary facility just north of Downtown Gilbert has officially changed hands. The Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center recently sold for just over $11 million, marking one of the more notable commercial sales in the area.

The property includes a 22,359-square-foot veterinary hospital situated on approximately two acres of land. For many East Valley pet owners, this facility has long been a trusted place for emergency and specialty veterinary care.

The good news for the community is that the new ownership does not plan to change the type of business. The veterinary hospital will continue operating as an emergency and critical care center, maintaining the same essential services that local pet owners have relied on for years.

This long-standing veterinary center has truly been a staple in the Gilbert community, and its continued operation ensures that residents will still have access to high-level emergency veterinary care close to home.
