Light Heart Coffee Expanding with Second Gilbert Location

Great news for coffee lovers in the East Valley—Light Heart Coffee is officially expanding in Gilbert.

After opening their first Gilbert location in Downtown earlier this year, the popular coffee spot is already planning another. This new shop will be a ground-up build on the northwest corner of Higley and Queen Creek Roads.

Once completed, this will be Light Heart Coffee’s fourth location, with another shop already open in Gilbert and two additional locations in Scottsdale. The brand has been steadily growing across the Valley, building a strong local following.

This growing intersection continues to attract new retail and dining options, making it a strong fit for their next location. Known for its inviting atmosphere and quality coffee, the new build will allow them to create a space tailored specifically for their customers.
