Bergie's Land bought by Prep and Pastry

Word on the street is that Ares Collective Group—the team behind Prep & Pastry—has acquired the Bergies property and plans to merge it with their current space to create an elevated “gathering yard” featuring multiple food spots and bars. They also plan to relocate Prep & Pastry to a more neighborhood driven location. They’ll also be keeping The Clare House—the second-oldest building in Gilbert—as part of their plans.
