DEVELOPMENT: Los Angeles Angels owner Arte Moreno has purchased 21 acres of prime land near SanTan Village in Gilbert, Arizona, for $24.5 million. The purchase includes two parcels at 2590 South Market Street and 2025 East Williams Field Road, acquired from Macerich. Though plans have not been officially announced, development will be led by Accelerated Development and marketed by Ross Brown Partners.
