Queen Creek Public House Taking Over Badlands in Downtown Queen Creek
Another change is coming to Downtown Queen Creek.
Queen Creek Public House is preparing to take over the former Badlands Bar & Grill location at the southwest corner of Ellsworth and Ocotillo roads, bringing a new concept to one of the area's most recognizable restaurant spaces. The transition marks a new chapter for the building, which most recently housed Badlands after opening in late 2024 following a lengthy construction process.
While details about the new menu, opening date, and renovations have not yet been announced, the Queen Creek Public House name suggests a neighborhood gathering place focused on food, drinks, and community. As Downtown Queen Creek continues to grow with new restaurants, retail, hotels, and entertainment, the addition of another locally owned establishment adds to the area's momentum.
The location sits at a highly visible intersection in the heart of Downtown Queen Creek, an area that has seen significant investment and continues to attract new businesses and visitors. The Town has several additional restaurants and mixed-use projects planned nearby, making the district one of the fastest-growing destinations in the Southeast Valley.
