Fruitlandia and Taqueria Factory coming to Higley and Warner
Fruitlandia and Taqueria Factory, a dual-concept eatery, are the first tenants announced for the upcoming Higley and Warner Shops located on the northwest corner. The project will include 14,000 square feet of retail space situated toward the rear of the 5.392-acre site. Adjacent to this new concept is an existing 10,000-square-foot retail building, with four additional pads available for lease. The site is strategically located just west of a future development anchored by Mountainside Fitness.
The land was recently sold for $3.1 million on January 13, 2025, for development purposes.
