Fogo de Chão Opening in Gilbert on August 3 and Now Hiring

The new restaurant will be located within Signature at SanTan Village, near Williams Field Road and SanTan Village Parkway. It will join a growing lineup of major businesses in the area, including Whole Foods Market and the new Dick’s House of Sport. The restaurant occupies an approximately 8,424-square-foot space and will become Fogo de Chão’s second location in the Valley.

What to Expect at Fogo de Chão

Fogo de Chão is best known for its Full Churrasco Experience, where gaucho chefs serve a continuous selection of fire-roasted meats directly at the table. Guests can expect signature cuts such as picanha, filet mignon, ribeye, lamb, chicken and other selections cooked over an open flame.

The restaurant also offers its expansive Market Table, featuring seasonal salads, vegetables, cured meats, cheeses, soups and traditional Brazilian dishes. Other offerings typically include weekday lunch, weekend brunch, seafood options, group dining, catering and Bar Fogo, the restaurant’s bar and lounge experience.
