Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream Plans Second Arizona Location in Queen Creek

Queen Creek is getting another sweet addition as Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream prepares to open at Harvest Station.

The new ice cream shop will be located near Safeway in the Harvest Station plaza on the southwest corner of Riggs and Rittenhouse roads. It will be Brooker’s second Arizona location, following the company’s first Arizona shop, which opened in Chandler in June 2026. The Queen Creek location is currently expected to open this fall.

A Utah Ice Cream Favorite Expands to Arizona

Brooker’s began in Vineyard, Utah, before expanding throughout the state with locations in communities including Provo, Draper, Lehi, Herriman and Saratoga Springs. The company has built a loyal following by combining handcrafted ice cream with an immersive American Revolution theme.

Rather than offering a traditional ice cream shop experience, Brooker’s creates what it calls an Early American ice cream tavern. The stores feature colonial-inspired decorations, music and team members dressed in period-style clothing, creating an experience designed to feel like stepping back into Revolutionary America.

Super-Premium Ice Cream Loaded with Flavor

The main attraction is Brooker’s homemade, super-premium ice cream. Its ice cream is made in-house using real ingredients and is known for being especially rich, creamy and loaded with chunky mix-ins and flavorful swirls.

Customers can expect combinations featuring ingredients such as cookie dough, brownies, chocolate truffles, cookies, fruit, peanut butter cups, caramel and premium chocolate. The menu also includes sundaes, milkshakes, banana splits and ice cream cakes.

Coming to Harvest Station

Harvest Station continues to welcome new businesses near the Safeway at Riggs and Rittenhouse roads. Brooker’s will join a growing tenant lineup that includes First Watch, TruBowls, Gateway Barber Shop, Salted Wellness Studio and Presidential Pools.

With its Utah roots, oversized flavors, premium ingredients and one-of-a-kind historical atmosphere, Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream should bring something completely different to Queen Creek’s growing restaurant and dessert scene.

An exact grand-opening date has not yet been announced, but the Queen Creek shop is expected to welcome its first customers this fall.
