The Rusty Buckle Saloon taking shape in DT Queen Creek

The Rusty Buckle Saloon Expands into Queen Creek
The Rusty Buckle Saloon, a lively country-themed venue based in Apache Junction, is expanding with a brand-new location coming to Queen Creek. The saloon will take over the former Oscar’s Market at the northwest corner of Ocotillo Road and Ellsworth, marking its first expansion into the growing East Valley community.
🏢 Property Details & Remodel
The building was sold in April 2025 for $1.8 million, with the seller carrying $1.35 million in financing for the new buyer. That’s a notable increase in value from its previous sale in 2018, when it was purchased for just over $1 million.
The new owners have already completely gutted the interior of the property as they begin a full remodel to transform the space into The Rusty Buckle’s signature country-style saloon.
🎶 What to Expect
Guests can look forward to the same rustic, high-energy atmosphere that’s made the original Apache Junction location a hit—complete with cold drinks, live country music, and a scratch kitchen serving up favorites like burgers, wings, Tex-Mex dishes, and Southern comfort food.
No official opening date has been announced yet, but construction is underway and excitement is building for The Rusty Bu
ckle Saloon’s arrival in Queen Creek.
